Returns, Exchanges or Refunds and Cancelled Orders.

Returns

It is advisable to ask about these services before any purchases.

Some products or services may be delivered directly from the manufacturer/3rd party. In these cases it would be the responsibility of the third party and we hold no position in these matters and no insurance policy will be in place for this order.

The products/services ordered and shipped from us will hold the Stay Well Today label or packet and are normally not returnable however in some circumstances may be permitted with certain conditions. The packet and products must not be opened and free from any damage made by the person who placed the order or any other party. The order must be placed in a separate bag, packet or box and returned with the postal service or courier with the postage paid by the same person who placed the order. A tracking number must be supplied the same day as the return.

Exchanges

No Exchanges at any time or any reason.

Refunds

Refunds will only be granted if the return has been approved by us and the fund/payment will be returned when all the conditions in the returns section have been met.

Cancelled orders

Some of the products or services are shipped directly from the manufacturer which may be in another country. We asked that if there are concerns about shipping and delivery times please make an inquiry into this subject before placing an order.

We work to provide an excellent services and much of the time orders are processed on the same day. We like to process all orders immediately or at our first opportunity. When an order has been processed it will include but not limited to packaging and postage with payments if the order is shipped from a third party. Much of these payment cost are not refundable on our part and therefore we are unable to refund cancelled orders.
